Change in license terminology (no longer Standard & Professional versions). Now only standard user licenses and a developer license. This change means that any existing "professional" licenses in test systems will need to be recreated.

New licensing scheme to include time-bombed licenses (a license can now optionally have an expiration date)

Enhanced "About" screen. The screen now shows the number of licenses in the system, as well as indicates the presence of developer & NFR licenses. Also indicates expiration date of license if applicable.

The developer license now counts as a user license for the admin user. If the system has a dev license the administrator is considered "licensed" for using the toolbar.
