User Licenses 

Licensing for Outlook2CRM is on a per named user basis. Licenses are sold in 5-user blocks.The number of Outlook2CRM licenses does not need to match the number of SalesLogix licenses. Each SalesLogix user that needs access to Outlook2CRM is assigned an Outlook2CRM license using the License Manager.

Developer License

To unlock the customization capabilities of Outlook2CRM a developer license is required.  With a developer license you can add new buttons to the Outlook2CRM toolbar, change the existing buttons, add your own help information for users, and customize the actions supplied with Outlook2CRM. Only a single developer license is required for a SalesLogix database, regardless of how many user licenses the system contains.

Software Assurance

Outlook2CRM Software Assurance provides full access to the monitored Outlook2CRM Support Forums. There you will receive assistance with Outlook2CRM customization, installation, troubleshooting issues and more. Software Assurance also entitles you to all Outlook2CRM updates, fixes, and new versions.
